  25. Usage:
  26.     CC Prefix is a normal tool. It can be used anywhere in Bars and Pipes.

  28.     Its operation is controlled by 4 gadgets:
  29.  
  30.     Input CC# (proportional gadget, range [0 .. 127])
  31.         This is the control change number that CC Prefix watches for.
  32.  
  33.     Output CC# (proportional gadget, range [0 .. 127])
  34.         This is the control change number that CC Prefix will prefix
  35.         the input control change message with.
  36.  
  37.     Value (proportional gadget, range [0 .. 127])
  38.         This is the value of the control change message that CC Prefix
  39.         generates.
  40.  
  41.     Delay (proportional gadget, range [1 .. 8])
  42.         This specifies a small delay (in clock ticks) between the
  43.         prefix control change message and the input message.
  44.  
  45. Useful for:
  46.     Generating control change messages for controlling certain
  47.     sorts of MIDI->CV converters.
